When using Herr or Frau, you'd use the formal 'you'.
5 Children, where are you ? - Kinder, wo seid ihr?
6 Why are you-all here? - Warum seid ihr hier?
7 When is Christmas ? - Wenn ist Weihnachten?
8 Where are the books? - Wo sind die Bücher?
9 Why are you not here? - Warum bist du nicht hier?

"alle" ist aber nicht nötig.

Danke schön! Matching the question word with the correct tense is a combination of two separate lessons we just finished in class. I see how I missed #4, but missing #5 sorta made me blush :o
