  SINGULAR FORMS
  ich lese   I read/am reading
  du liest   you read/are reading
  er
  sie liest
  es
  he
  she reads/is reading
  it
  PLURAL FORMS
  wir lesen   we read/are reading
  ihr lest   you (guys) read/are reading
  sie lesen   they read/are reading
  Sie lesen   you read/are reading
Examples:
Ich lese einen Roman.
I'm reading a novel.
Er liest die Zeitung.
He's reading the newspaper.
Liest du gern?
Do you like to read?

Note: lesen is a so-called stem-changing verb. In the singular present tense for du and er/sie/es, the first e vowel changes to ie. The plural forms do not change.
