CHEFKET: GERMAN SONG LYRICS

The Turkish-German rapper Chefket released his first album in 2009. The title song “Einerseits andererseits” became his first hit song.

His musical career began when his sister brought home a hip-hop CD album ("It was written" by Nas) that inspired Chefket to start rapping himself. In his 20s he moved to Berlin and participated in every rap open-mike, freestyle-battle contest he could find. Eventually, he was able to sign with a recording company.
