The night on German roads was dangerous. Frozen-over moisture and black ice turned the roadways into glass-like surfaces.

Rezept Zubereitung Blitzeis: Sahne mit Zucker, Vanillezucker und Sahnesteif schlagen. Das gefrorene Obst auf höchster Schaltstufe darunterschlagen. Das Sahneeis sofort in Gläsern anrichten und servieren.
Recipe directions for Blitzeis: Beat cream with sugar, vanilla sugar and whipping cream stiffener. Whip in the frozen fruit at the highest setting. Put the iced cream into glasses and serve right away.
