Im Vereinigten Königreich sind die Postleitzahlen alphanumerisch.
In the United Kingdom the postcodes are alphanumeric.
Ab dem 1. Juli 1993 hat Deutschland ein komplett neues fünfstelliges Postleitzahl-System eingeführt.
Beginning on July 1, 1993 Germany introduced a completely new
five-digit postal code system.
In Österreich und in der Schweiz hat eine Postleitzahl nur
vier Ziffern.
In Austria and Switzerland a postal code has only four numbers.
