Notleidenden Kreditnehmern, die von der Zwangsvollstreckung bedroht sind, sollen unter bestimmten Bedingungen niedrigere Raten und ein Zahlungsaufschub gewährt werden.
Distressed creditors threatened by foreclosure would be granted, under certain conditions, lower payments and a loan extension.
